Each vendor/artist space has a corresponding number.  On your registration form, you will have a drop down menu that will show which numbers are still available.  Please select from this menu.

Vendor Booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet, Creator's Booth spaces are 10' wide by 8' deep.  They include one 8 foot table and 2 chairs. Table spaces include one 8 foot table, the space directly behind it, and 2 chairs. Booth space vendors can design and arrange the space however you’d like.  Table vendors must keep their table(s) inline with the tables around them.  Tables 115-120 will only have space for chairs behind them.

Artists, crafters and creators are limited to Creator's Alley. 

 

If you are going to be selling something that you CREATE, i.e. art (sketches, paintings, drawings), crafts (jewelry, beadwork, candles, scented items, tumblers, etc), 3D Printed items, or items you custom order (accessories, tumblers, etc), make sure you select a table or booth located in Creator's Alley, and click on "Creator's Registration."  STCC may limit the number of certain types of vendors or artists/creators.  Creator's Alley Booths are 10' wide by 8' deep.

If the majority of your product is made by you, i.e. candles, bead art, jewelry, 3D printed items, etc, STCC categorizes this type of product as crafts or art and will be limited to Creator's Alley.  Please note your product must be fandom related.

Prices:

Creator's Alley Table (A08-A20): $200 each  

Creator's Alley Booth (A01-A07): $250 each  

​Vendor Booth: $275 ($240 per add'l vendor booth)   

​Corner Booth: $325 Each

​Vendor Table: $150  ($130 per add'l vendor table)   

​Premium Vendor Table (Tables 111-114 | 121-130): $225 each  

Vendor Tables (115-120 - no space behind table): $130 each
